Miami Pre Construction Homes for SaleThe Miami pre construction real estate market is continuing even though prices have dropped considerably over the last two years. What is currently happening is that developers and wealthy investors are land banking - essentially sitting on land and waiting for better times. Where does this leave you, the potential home buyer?
