It is essential that you understand these condo docs before you buy the condo, because you may find that what appears to be the ideal condo for you and your family is not what it appears to be on the surface. No Pets or pets under a certain size/weight, no smoking inside or OUTSIDE of the condo, no trucks or pick-ups, no RV's.... the lists can be endless and we do not want you to buy a condo that will not meet your criteria.
